Location: Regional Office - New York, NY

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing oversees the marketing operations for New York City operations. The position will be responsible for the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the city region.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Create and implement integrated strategic marketing plans
  • Develop marketing budgets for diverse asset types and client financial objectives
  • Secure internet listing service subscriptions for properties, in engaging prospect acquisition
  • Oversee and manage third-party marketing vendor relationships locally, in coordination with SVP of Marketing
  • Develop and manage relationships with New York broker community
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
  • Compose outreach strategies engaging brand and community relationships
  • Collaborate and advise clients on brand development and other experiential engagements
  • Coordinate brand development strategies with third-party creative vendors, to include guiding the development of all brand identity elements.
  • Ensure the integrity of all property brand elements on all digital and print platforms
  • Work with PR firms and event agencies to promote local brands
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Develop and submit marketing ROI and other performance reports
  • Prepare marketing content for RFPs for new business, as well as participate in any business development meetings, in articulating the marketing platform and strategy
  • Participate in client meetings in providing updates on marketing production
 

Job Requirements

Education and/or Experience

  • College degree and 10 plus years of industry experience

 

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong consensus builder
  • Brokerage, Multifamily or Commercial Leasing in New York City
