SUMMARY:

The primary focus of the position is to support, administer, coordinate and evaluate marketing strategies and tactics for the communities within assigned region. Assist the Regional Marketing Teams with the implementation and roll out of new media channels and advertising contract coordination.  Also provide support and coordination of national digital strategy.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Support the Regional Marketing Teams in developing content for marketing plans and strategies. This includes providing market research, advertising costs and demographic profiles, to name a few.
  • Coordinate creative marketing materials and collateral for on-site team members to use. This would include the coordination of: direct mailers, outreach marketing (local merchants, preferred employer programs, resident referral programs, marketing to locators, home builders and companies providing corporate accommodations and the implementation of signage and landscaping to generate traffic.
  • Coordinate efforts with design teams, third-party vendors and on-site team members to create and write ads for print media, internet listing sites (ILS’s), social media pages and other advertisement medium available in a particular sub-market, to generate qualified traffic and reflect the community’s current themes, campaigns and promote the Pinnacle brand.
  • Work closely with Regional Marketing Teams in developing competitive messaging for property websites.
  • Review and analyze traffic reports and analyze ROI to determine which marketing efforts are effective. Make recommendations to Regional Marketing Teams where needed, in further competitively positioning the property’s marketing strategy.
  • Conduct audits on various media and technology performance areas.
  • Coordinate contract acquisition with vendors and stay abreast of their products.
  • Support Regional Marketing Teams in the education of team member’s use of new innovations and marketing partnerships.
  • Ability to understand various property demographics and recommend marketing campaigns to attract that demographic for student, senior, affordable, garden, urban and more.
  • Support the Regional Marketing Teams in maintaining marketing standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Work with Regional Marketing Teams in ensuring that Pinnacle’s brand standards are maintained.
  • Assist Regional Marketing Teams with the creation, roll-out, and execution of property marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and effectively manage the assigned region’s online reputation performance, including the workflow of responding to online ratings and review.
  • Knowledge of the Yardi product suite is a plus.
  • Other functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the sales and marketing field.
  • Multifamily experience preferred, but no required.
  • Bachelor's degree required in marketing or related field.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, patient and ambitious attitude is essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office Programs, including, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management, organizational and administrative skills.

  • Sales and Marketing – Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.

  • Customer Service (internal & external customers) – Understanding of the value and importance of the customer care process and strategies

  • Online Reputation Management (ORM) – Knowledge of online ratings and review sites with understanding around best ORM practices.
