Location: Regional Office - Bellevue, WA

Job Summary:

Operations Coordinator is responsible for department functions as detailed below:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The operations coordinator will work closely with the Director of Operations to facilitate many of the Executive Team’s initiatives for the department.  One of these main initiatives is to update and create training materials and administer the training program for new hires as well as ongoing training for the department.  

Training

  • Update/create training materials for Division’s software programs
  • Update/create system for streamlining the training and consolidating the training materials into a central location
  • Administer training through the new hire onboarding process

Communication

  • Facilitate communication between the Executive Team and Association Division Team Members

Website/Owner Portals

  • Maintenance/Troubleshooting
  • Training

Management Software

  • Work with Director of Operations and eUnify on current list of enhancement requests and bug fixes
  • Assist in communication of the status of eUnify projects with the team

Marketing

  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing presentation material to potential new communities, assist with updating the proposal with new marketing material related to the new software systems

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate vendor set-up and manage the integration between Jenark and Compliance Depot

Other Duties to include

  • Training in an effort to gain knowledge of Federal, State and Local Statutes and regulations pertaining to non-profit corporations, homeowners associations and Condominium associations
  • Assist with new client/Association set-up and records transfer
  • Other projects and initiatives as developed with the Executive Team

 

 

Job Requirements

SKILLS AND ABILITY:

  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Strong analytical skills and abilities.
  • Ability to work within strict deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Works well in a collaborative environment and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
